Eat unprocessed food like fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Eat more fiber food; avoid sugar in drinks. Do not avoid fat food completely as is also required for healthy body. Cut out fried food use more soups and salad and fresh fruits. Exercise regularly for 30-60 minutes daily to burn the unwanted calories. Do not drink cool water. Eat citrus food as they contain more potassium in body. Drink a glass of water before food. Chew the food thoroughly before swallowing to get quick digestion avoid caffeine products. Drink coconut water to lose weight, also use honey instead of sugar.
